Dr. Bryan is a dual board-certified interventional radiologist who focuses on minimally invasive, image-guided treatments — including prostatic artery embolization (PAE) for BPH. His work centers on achieving strong clinical results with less downtime and fewer risks than traditional surgical approaches, which is central to why PAE has become an option worth considering for so many of our patients.

Before joining Prestige Medical Group, Dr. Bryan completed an integrated diagnostic and interventional radiology residency at UC Irvine, where he served as chief resident, and went on to join the UCI faculty as an assistant clinical professor. His academic path began at New York University and Tel Aviv University before returning to Southern California, where he grew up, to continue his medical training.

Research focus on PAE

Dr. Bryan has contributed multiple peer-reviewed publications in minimally invasive cancer therapy and has presented internationally on prostatic artery embolization specifically — placing his clinical work at the forefront of non-surgical BPH treatment in Orange County. He has also co-authored a book chapter on the management of metastatic neuroendocrine cancer.
