Prior authorization
Rezūm and PAE both typically require prior authorization from insurance before treatment. Our clinical team handles this process directly with your insurance carrier, so you don’t have to navigate it yourself — we’ll let you know as soon as your authorization is confirmed.

Initial workup
For cash-pay patients, the initial workup — office visit, TRUS, cystoscopy, and UroCuff — is $2,034.
Rezūm & PAE procedure pricing
Cash pricing for Rezūm and PAE is discussed directly with you at your appointment, based on your treatment plan. Financing is available for either option — see below.
Financing options
We offer financing through CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that lets you spread the cost of treatment into manageable monthly payments, often with promotional no-interest periods for qualifying patients. Additional financing options may also be available — ask our team at your consultation.
